    • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

       

      No returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. I DO however, except returns and exchanges due to a mistake on my end. Let me know immediately if there is something wrong with your item(s) upon receiving. You will be refunded the price of the item( items )you purchased, not the shipping fee. 

      ****Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in this case. I do add gifts to make up for the inconvenience.****

      I do not refund lost packages. You may use your tracking number to contact your local postal service. Once items have shipped, it is entirely out of my hands. Although, I would like to be notified if something goes wrong.

      I always ship using The United States Postal Service.

      Please contact me for Priority Shipping or Next day Shipping. This will cost extra.

       

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

       

      Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

       

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    • How long will it take before my order is shipped?

       

      This is a very important question that is often asked. Since I run The Opaque completely alone, I often become overwhelmed with the abundance of orders. I try my best to efficiently get your items shipped as quickly as I possibly can with minimal mistakes. Your orders are packaged with so much love and care, so I ask that you be patient in this time as you may wait up to 3 weeks before your items are shipped.

      If it is important that your order is received by a specific date, please contact me ahead of time and I will do my best to see your package off quickly.

      *Every item shipped comes with a tracking number, it will be emailed to you with your shipping notification!

      **INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for any custom fees AND taxes that your country requires upon delivery. Items will be declared for the amount they are sold for on customs forms, I will not mark items as "gifts" on international orders so please do not ask - it is not legal. I am not registered to pay international taxes in any place outside the United States - this is 100% international buyers responsibility by law.
